Today I took Clara geocaching with me and for the first time I think she realizes what we are doing. At the second cache we got today, she got so excited and started yelling "DADDY FOUND IT" "DADDY FOUND IT" and then started jumping around. I can't wait till we can start doing more hiking and paddling caches together.
Last week Clara attended her first MEGA geocaching event in Raleigh. GEOWOODSTOCK V is a gathering of geocachers worldwide. This was my third GW but it was real nice that my family could join me. Clara really enjoyed her time seeing Uncle Scott, Cousin Zack and other friends. The Folks at GW also had a kids area set up for coloring and balloon animals.
