Clara is doing very well. Just about everyday she does something new like a new facial express, verbal sounds, or continues her quest to become bipedal. She is now able to pull up to a standing position with the help of her toys. Her best expression is her "Poppa Bob" Face where she puckers her lips and breaths heavy .
My parents and Aunt Penny came for a visit over the weekend and of course Clara charmed them all weekend. During their visit we returned to Clemson Outdoor Laboratory to see Jacob's stone and finish the "Jacob Tree" Planting as the daughter of a friend so eloquently described it:
"I was telling Marc about your planting trees for Jacob at Clemson. We were discussing how Bald Cypress are hardy and adaptable. Lindsey was listening and wanted to know more. At the end of my retelling I asked if she'd like to plant a bald cypress. She insisted "No! I want to plant a Jacob tree."
Thought you'd like to know that at least one other person will see that kind of tree and think of Jacob too." Lindsey Clark (4 year old daughter of Marc and Sherri Clark)

Thanks to Kelby Fite for taking time out of his busy school schedule to help finish the planting for Jacob this year.
