Martha WashingtonHello Everyone!! This is Clara's Mommie, Krystal. I have decide to help Mike out and start contributing to Clara's Blog. Updates need to be done more often, and as you all know, Mike travels a great deal, so I'm stepping in. Well, the last entry was on Clara's birthday. A lot has happened since then. First, Mike's Grandfather, Clara's Great-Grandfather, George Sherwood, passed away. We all miss him very much. He was 93 years-old!! He had a good life, and he just loved Clara. He always talked about Jacob, and now I know they are big buddies in Heaven. Ethan, our neighbor, has a new baby sister. Her name is Larsen. She was born on Easter Sunday. So, Clara now has a new playmate. Of coarse, the Easter Bunny came to visit Clara. She was sooo excited. He was very good to her. :) And, Bob and Barb, Mike's parents, were here to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with us. Let's face it, without that wonderful partnership, their would be no Clara. Clara is having a MAJOR growth spurt. She is tall and thin. I noticed the bones in her wrists and ankles, which means she is thinning out. She is learning to use scissors. Don't worry, she only uses them sitting down, and with me watching her like a hawk!! We are still Potty Training. Like all kids, she has her ups and downs. She does have to wear Thomas big BOY pants. Why they can't make Thomas Train stuff for girls, is beyond me. Well, more to come later. Love to you all!!!!
