Wow it has been more than month since the last post. Clara is awesome, she continues to thrive and progress rapidly. She can now tell you where her nose is and has started to mimic people or learning toys; for example she has started to say her ABC's when I say them or her leap pad toys says them.
She has had her EI 18 month evaluation in July and she continues to narrow the gap between corrected age and chronological age. Most of her rating are between 14-16 months but for her social skills rating was 18-24 months; Go figure with Krystal's genes. There were no long term issues identified during this evaluation.
Today she had a medical evaluation with Dr. Rowell, and she checked out just fine. Clara is still below the growth curve at 20 lbs and 29.25 inches but the Doc is not concerned at this point.
Clara continue to take to the pool like a duck to water. She dives every time we go to the pool and she likes to blow bubbles and swim under water with me.
